What are the delivery charges?
sphereshopify.com provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1,999/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges.
There is an additional convenience fee of Rs 50/- applied if you select Cash On Delivery option for payment.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the respective page. For designs with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below the availability message.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery etc.
What about warranty and hidden costs?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST only.
How do I track my shipment?
Sphereshopify uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
What pin codes do you ship to?
Sphereshopify has Cash On Delivery option available on selected pin codes. To check the availability of COD service, please put your pincode while making the purchase.
